This is not a Concept Store …
It’s a MANUFACTORY !
GO TO PRODUCTION
Near Besançon, in a setting specially dedicated to watchmaking, the Manufacture Vuillemin has all the tools necessary for the complete manufacture of clock mechanisms.
From the production of the wheels, from assembly to quality control, we master all the stages that make up the creation of a clock.
The mechanical workshop:
With machines of all ages that allow us to produce precision parts in accordance with watchmaking tradition, we manufacture almost all the components of our mechanical movements.
For certain elements or surface treatments that we have to subcontract, our suppliers are selected as a priority on the regional supply circuit in order to promote the development of the Franche-Comté territory.
A space is also dedicated to the manufacture of traditional clock pendulums.
The assembly workshop:
Workstations bathed in natural light make it possible to assemble each piece in order to form mobiles which, linked together, will create Time.
Qualified watchmakers carry out all precision assembly operations on a workbench.
The clocks will then be adjusted in position and then the quality control tests are carried out for 8 days.
The test bench:
Each clock undergoes a battery of tests both on its operation and on the finishes to ensure you an irreproachable product.
THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX
When the company took over in 2010, Philippe Vuillemin opted for the path of modernity, created new collections of contemporary clocks and became a member of Ateliers Art de France.
In 2012, the Manufacture VUILLEMIN decided to have its unique know-how recognized in France by obtaining the EPV label.
”High-end” finishes such as gold-plated and palladium, glass dials, textured thermolacquer paint give our movements a guarantee of quality that will ensure their longevity, while respecting the Comtois Watchmaking Art.
Capitalizing on our manufacturing experience, the Manufacture VUILLEMIN collaborates with cabinetmakers, designers, or recently with a sculptor by supplying the heart of their models.
Today, the company is growing and developing for export as well as setting up distribution networks in all regions of France.
It is proudly displayed in major renowned international fairs such as Maison&Objet (Paris) and this is how the Manufacture Horlogère Vuillemin introduces its contemporary mechanical clocks.
Whether our timepieces are simply mounted on the wall or combined with a support to become grandfather clocks, respecting the traditional know-how of Comtois Watchmaking Art, our products know how to adapt to all interior decorations, even the most classic ones. .
LABEL ENTREPRISE DU PATRIMOINE VIVANT
In 2017, La Manufacture Horlogère Vuillemin obtained the renewal of the EPV label awarded by the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry after a rigorous investigation, this label aims to reward small and medium-sized companies emblematic of the French industrial or artisanal excellence.
100% French manufacturing
Issued by the State after rigorous instruction, this label aims to reward small and medium-sized companies that are emblematic of French industrial or artisanal excellence.
Its criteria relate in particular to the mastery of advanced, renowned or traditional know-how, generally associated with a terroir. They make it possible to clearly highlight the high added value of “made in France” manufacturing in the eyes of national and international buyers.
This promotional action is amplified by the presence of labeled companies at major trade fairs as well as by export support.
